Mw 6.6 Banda Sea

On 25 March 2018 a strong earthquake occurred at the Banda Sea at a depth of 176 km. The seismic event occurred at 20:14:47 UTC and had an estimated moment magnitude (Mw) 6.6.

Four planetary alignments occurred from the 20th to the 25th, most notably Mercury-Venus-Uranus and Mercury-Sun-Neptune, which resulted in additional larger seismic activity, peaking on the 29th. Note the Moon's alignment with Mars on the 24th.
