Mw 7.0 Luzon, Philippines
updated 30 November 2022

On 27 July 2022 a major earthquake occurred in Luzon, Philippines at a depth of 10 km. The seismic event occurred at 00:43:24 UTC and had an estimated moment magnitude (Mw) 7.0.

An earthquake warning was issued on 24 July because of very critical geometry between the planets. This major earthquake occurred early in the critical time-frame following the critical conjunction Mercury-Mars-Neptune on the 24th and a lunar peak that reached index 13 on the 26th. In addition, Mercury and Earth were involved in 90° geometry later on the 26th. Watch the forecast video below for more details.
